Spawnery usually is located on the top left regarding your spawn location, usually, but not always, from 50 or so attacks on Pandoran Lairs twice spawnery was located on the top right. You will not see the spawnery until you have it in your line of sight, so I would advise moving your soldiers to the top left part of the map. Enemies will spawn almost every turn, so you will never be able to kill them all, there are several spawn points which are marked as a red skull on the map, and several of those are close to potential spawnery locations. I would advise using full berserker squad to avoid being mind-controlled. If you want to see exactly what soldiers I have in this squad check my Heavy-Berserker-Priest Pandoran Kill Squad video, but I use 4-5 berserker sniper-heavies and 3 berserker priests. All heavies can be equipped with jet pack that comes with golem-b body armor and which is extremely useful because of crazy landscape that you will have to deal here - with jet pack you can fly straight and not worry about any obstacles, biggest problem are enemies that you don't see or that will spawn after you end your turn. That is why I would not use any non-berserker soldiers, way too many times there are sneaky Sirens that will take control of your guy and then this game turns into a minigame called - kill the snake and try not to kill your own soldiers in the process.
When I start pandoran lair mission I kill everything that I see with my snipers and slowly move several - usually, 4 of my heavy guys with 1 or more priests towards the top left corner of the map. On my way, I kill everyone that I find or that spawns near me. Be careful not to expose your soldiers near enemy spawn points as enemies will immediately attack after they appear from thin air. Priests are also great for scouting - even if you do not see any enemies you can use Mind-Crash ability to check if there is any hidden enemy within 10 tiles. Also with head mutations, you can get back 2 will points per turn with Radiant Hope or use Frenzy which adds 50% speed and is very useful. Sadly my priests are all berserkers and cannot use jet packs, so have to navigate this terrain on foot.
Spawnery has 600 hit points and to kill it one soldier with Rage Burst ability is enough, but I go there with several soldiers so I can kill enemies easier as they will move towards you from all over the map plus new ones will spawn every turn. Also, I leave several snipers at a starting location where my soldiers spawned to attract at least several enemies. Then I snipe all enemies that I see from there while my main squad can move faster and deal with fewer enemies. I never tried the sneaky approach but since I started using my berserker-heavy-sniper squad I never run into any issues. It just takes some time, usually around 25-35 minutes to destroy the spawnery on any threat level on Hero difficulty. Mostly I used heavy hel cannon or sniper rifle with Rage Burst ability but with 2 Priests you can use 6 times Mind-Crush to destroy the spawnery if you are within 10 tiles from it.
Regarding enemies - I shoot first all Tritons with sniper rifles and Arthrons with machine guns or grenade launchers, sometimes there are grenade launching Chirons, those also need to die quickly, after that Sirens and then remaining enemies. Sentinels are annoying only from closer range, kill them if you have to move near to those. Some eggs also might be annoying, Mindfraggers can't harm berserkers so I completely ignore those, fire is bad and worms are annoying. Also can destroy all obstacles that become transparent when you move your mouse over them to make shortcuts or to kill enemies that are hiding there.
