Phoenix Point Corrupted Horizons The Last Campaign Episode 4: Building Up (Legend/Ironman)

This is the next Episode of the "The last Campaign"!
As I've mentioned before, from now the Phoenix Point is back on the menu and I intend to play this one until the end.
This is going to be my last campaign, I do not intend to come back to Phoenix Point even after the last (?) DLC is going to be released, although it is possible that the campaign may last until the release.
The rules of the run are the following:
Legend/Ironman difficulty
No equipment swaps between the soldiers who are not at the same place
No more than 2 mutoids because of how freaking overpowered they are
No overpowered/broken/cheesy builds
No cinematics, bullshit talk and stuff like that -- pure gameplay, we all know why we are here!
The rules can be changed, so it you want me to add anything, I will consider it.
Plans for Episode 4:
During the second Episode it would be great to:
1) Expand the existing infrastructure, buld an extra lab, manufacturing plant, build a mutation lab;
2) Complete a couple of scavenging missions to obtain more resources for infrastructure;
3) Defend Havens/Destroy the nests to progress our diplomatic relations;
4) Continue leveling up our A Team;
5) Let B Team to finally see some action;
