In this part, Edgeworth talks with Iris. She admits that she is the one who used the snowmobile on the night of the murder, but she refuses to say why unless Maya is safely found. Trial resumes, and then Larry is called to testify. He lies and says that nothing interesting happened at all that night.

Edgeworth presses every statement in Larry's testimony. Afterwards, Edgeworth proves that Larry is lying about not seeing anything or anyone that night, because it is a fact that Larry saw Phoenix Wright run over a burning bridge.
