In this part, Larry testifies about what happened on the night of the murder. Larry's timing is way off, however, and there is, at least, a fifteen minute gap in Larry's story.

Larry's next testimony says that he spent the fifteen minutes drawing a picture. When he reveals this picture to the court, everything turns into an uproar. The picture shows somebody flying over the burning bridge. Larry claims that the flying person is Iris. Edgeworth shows that this is impossible, but Larry claims to have definitive evidence.
