Photoshop: How to Add onto a Lasso Tool?

1. Create a Shape, using the Lasso Tool.

2. When using the Loose Tool, hold down Shift, while dragging mouse around the first loose dotted lines. A + icon will appear, when holding down Shift and dragging loose around the first set of dotted lines, adding to the shape. Make it a complete circle when adding to shape, so it closes off and fills the shape.

3. Not shown on video, if you want to take away from the dotted line shape, hold down Alt, while dragging a completed dotted circle, to cut into the first dotted line shape.
