Photoshop: How to Turn a Index Image, into a Modified Image?
1. You can not go into the FX Effects in Layer when image is Index in Layers
2. Go to Image, Mode, CMYK Color
3. Your Index in the layers area is turned into layer 1 and you can now modify the image, using the FX Effects.
