First time try on higher difficulty. Alphinaud healing soul break is strong and damage reflect help win the game before Dr. Mog shields buff expired. Also First time use Cater with fire element enhance and Balthier on high difficulty boss fight.
Baltheir chain soul break is very strong because not only give big buffs, it also increase fire element attack by two. Offensive focused power. Didn't expect his arcane overstrike just deal average damage else I would use Tyro arcane dyad instead which deal bigger damage as I used it on lower difficulty. Double damage than Baltheir arcane.
Cater Sync sb is strong and very nice triple element attacks. It comes with moderate damage buff for one turn, break a damage cap and tri element resistance down. The flow I used is sync ability one then ability two, repeat.
Entrust flow did play major role to win over strong boss when you lacking strong units.
Piett boss doesn't have tricky spells but high damage which I had to equip most of party members with fire element resist accessories and magicites that give bonus to fire defend. If you going with last stand buff make sure to remove sap status with area regen. Need good timing on healing for party survivability. Great long run with no death.
