Pikmin Extinction Challenge Part 2 - Pikmin Are Dumb (Sadly)
0Ever thought that Pikmin was too easy? Well first off, congrats cause not everyone thinks that. Two, how about we spice things up by not allowing you to keep your Pikmin at the end of each day. Yup. I'm talking about mass murdering Pikmin who are doing nothing, but being loyal soldiers, but yeah it makes the game harder. For reference I'm playing the GameCube version of the game.
Let's go into the specifics for the rules:
1. After completing the 1st day the 2nd day must be used to lose the Pikmin kept from the 1st day (Easiest thing to do is leave them behind in the first area).
2. 3rd day and onwards must end with the Extinction cutscene playing (Not the regular end of day cutscene).
3. Obtaining 29 ship parts is the objective for this challenge.
Bonus: Since there isn't a way to do The Final Trial under this rule set, that is where the challenge ends. I'm suspending the extinction rule (Rule #2) for that area to see if I can do it for fun, but only for that area. I'm going to need some extra days leftover.
