An evil magic warrior, Lilith, attacked Katti Town, but the knight, Freya, drove her off. In the present, Freya and her three apprentices, Sera, Thomas, and Jake, are preparing for Lilith's return. However, no one really knows much about the history behind Freya and Lilith.

Turns out the pirate leader, Pirate Queen Contesse, sent us down there to make us take out the monsters that were inconveniencing the pirates.

Her minions will use an attack upon their deaths, which can be fatal. I had to spam Sera's Snowshield to survive.
9:25 Eastport Hideaway P2
Contesse agrees to give us supplies and a boat. It looks like she was testing us. Also, she distributes money to various villages, so she may be carrying on the Freebooters' mission in her own way.

Contesse is still looking for her grandpa Al Keyhaul's treasure.

There are two chests you can grab, but you can't actually start the dungeon yet.

Save before talking to Freya. The party will go to the cabin in the cemetery to eat, but Lilith's minions invade the town. Save before talking to Thomas's father, since that one is actually a miniboss.
20:30 Miniboss: Shadowbeast (Hard)
Even with Freya, it was tough to keep everyone alive. Try to proc blind if you can.
24:32 Katti Town P2
The monsters killed grandma Ethel. Now the party wants to take the fight to Lilith's home turf and finish her off once and for all.

Ibuki actually has new dialogue if you bring Freya.
30:18 Boss: Ibuki (Hard)
Even with Freya, I had to rely mostly on DOT damage to win. You'll also need to have a lot of ailment healing items.
