室町幕府初期、全66ヵ国のうち1/6にあたる11ヵ国の守護職を占めた強大な一族が存在した。

だがしかし幾たびもの乱を経て今やすっかり小大名。
かつての栄光を取り戻すべく、祐豊は動き出した・・・

・守護職11を回復！ 因幡/伯耆/丹波/丹後/美作/播磨/山城/和泉/但馬/備後/紀伊
・役職もらうため足利家は全力で保護(強すぎるときはそこそこ削る)
・守護職を他家に取られたら滅ぼす
・細川は許さない
・細川にくっついている三好も許さない
・応仁の乱で敵対した朝倉もゆるさない
・最終的には管領ももらう
・なんなら太政大臣か関白になる
