Platformer of Doom - Final Boss
First-- quality is a bit low because the file was /huge/ and I had to compress it. The colors are darker than in the game and stuff, for one.
Anyway, this is a video of the final boss from the game I designed last year; Platformer of Doom. I mostly recorded this out of boredom, and on the off-chance that people would like to see.
PoD is a platform game that is roughly twelve levels long with four mini bosses and four bosses, plus a secret stage and a secret boss. The player starts with 25 lives because it is incredibly difficult. This boss may have been beaten rather quickly in reterospect, but that is because I utilized several techniques to trick the AI, such as how I made the boss jump when I wanted it to rather than its randomized pattern.
As another note, the video lags a bit because camstudio was being lame; the actual game isn't this slow.
