Play as an Adopted Cat in Copycat Playthrough
5A playthrough of Copycat where I complete the whole game. I wanted to love Copycat, but I found myself a bit disappointed. I do love games where you can play as animals, and I enjoyed playing as a cat and having the nature expert narrate the cat's feelings and actions. I also liked the voice acting and I did not mind the story, but all the loading screens and jumpcuts took away from the story. I felt like a majority of the game was where you walk to one area then there would be a loading screen then there were several mini-games where you catch the feather toy, complete an endless runner where you avoid obstacles, or fight other cats and that is it. I completed the game in less than 3 hours, and I find the $15 price tag a bit high. Even though there are Steam achievements I have not completed, I do not feel like playing through the story again because the story is going to play out exactly the same. If you do want to play Copycat, I would recommend picking it up on sale.
In Copycat, you play as a newly adopted shelter cat whose place in the household is stolen by a stray copycat.
