From SD Card to Nokia LCD With Arduino
used in this video is just a Nokia 5110 monochrome lcd display wired up to a Arduino UNO (ATMega328). Also included a SD-card breakout and without amplifier Speaker.
All components can be bought very cheap on eBay. Simply search the terms above
