now i stumbled upon a weird program named playclaw, which records just like fraps, only i got this free(cracked i think, someone gave it to me)
and it's not bad.

I recorded the screen half size, which for me was 320/240(i played in a window) HIGH compression, and 15 fps to see what happened.....it seem to perform better for me than 30-60, and i had programs open at the time, so i haven't seen results for gameboosting yet.

anyways, size after editing the sharpen and color correct is 13mb, really good, and its NOT true hd, i know :/

which one is better? this or wegame?? i'll see!
