55Final Fantasy VII Remake Gameplay Walkthrough Part 1.
Final Fantasy VII Remake officially releases globally both physical and digital copy on 10th April, 2020.
As Australia and Europe players such as myself is able to access the game early. Square Enix has opted to ship the game to both regions early in order to offset any disruptions caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
This does not apply to digital stores, so people hoping to grab the game early without leaving the house are out of luck. Copies ordered through the PlayStation Store won't unlock until April 10.
Players control mercenary Cloud Strife as he and a group called AVALANCHE battle the corrupt Shinra megacorporation from using the planet's life essence as an energy source. The gameplay combines real-time action similar to Kingdom Hearts with other strategic elements.
The remake was announced following years of fan requests and rumors. Key staff members returned, including character designer Tetsuya Nomura as director and main character designer, director Yoshinori Kitase as producer, writer Kazushige Nojima, and music composer Nobuo Uematsu. They also added content and redesigned the characters to balance realism and stylization.
