Much more precise and easier to control compared to a gamepad. The trick seemed to be in setting up the deadzones properly and making sure the throttle was set to 0-100 instead of full range. I'm using the POV hat as vertical and sideways thrust.

The main reasons I'm finding this flight stick easier to use compared to a gamepad is because of the way you can control the thrust, and because you can twist the joystick and yaw while turning. With the thrust it's much easier knowing that when it's closed, it's at zero.

Running on an i7 2600 with a HD 7970 3GB and 6GB of DDR3 RAM.
