Welcome to hyphen stream! A very Mario Kart DS focused streamer who will spend most streams playing Mario Kart DS, however sometimes he’ll play other Mario Kart games and sometimes even something completely different. The character on screen is lovingly called “the Sample Idiot”, but often just ‘Sample’, however I am simply just Hyphen (Unless you knew me earlier).
Currently residing in Melbourne, Australia where I get to enjoy bad timezones and bad internet

Is this emulated/real hardware?
This is emulated, speedrunning streams are done on WiiU but most other streams are done with MelonDS on a PC, my controllers are the WiiU Gamepad and a slowly dying Switch Pro Controller
Why Mario Kart DS?
Because nothing else performs well on this forsaken platform :D
Favorite MKDS Course?
I honestly don’t know, I enjoy playing GBA Sky Garden as a track. now for tracks I hate, rCI2, rBC2, rCM, DKP, rCI2, DH, YF and I’m strangely bad at playing RR
