Playing PS3 with Ps4 and Ps5 Controllers - Yes they work
6Yes it is possible to play your Ps3 games on your Playstation 3 using a Dual Shock 4 or a Dual Sense controller. You can even do this wirelessly.
There are only a few things that do not work.
- The Ps Button will not work so keep a Ps3 Dual Shock 3 or Sixaxis controller handy
- Rumble/force feedback is not working
- The motion control from Sixaxis support on a real DS3 controller also does not work.
- pressure sensative buttons will also not work
There are a few games that are not fully compatible with the Dual Shock or Dual Sense controller.
