About the Video:
This is part 13 of the Borderlands GOTY Edition Playthrough series on my channel. In this Walkthrough, we complete one more story mission before getting the final mission, and end the video off with two side missions roaming the areas of Pandora. In this Gameplay, you will see me rage a bit along with some weird moments within the Borderlands game, we take on 4 BA's at once then end up destroying multiple compound of people during the missions. Also we run into A NEW ENEMY to take out while fighting the crimson lance as well. In this Let's Play of the Borderlands Remaster, we see us complete one main story missions while doing two other optional side missions to fill up some more time in the video and level up. We are getting really close to ending this series and it is exciting to be right around the corner from another series. Also in the next video I will be talking about what series you guys want to see next so stay tuned for that and help the community decide what content will be pushed out next. About the Game:
Borderlands Game of the Year Edition released on April 3rd of 2019, a decade after the original game released in 2009. Both of the games are identical, since it is a remaster, except that there are more guns within this version of the game. Both of the games were produced by 2K Australia and developed by Gearbox Software. The game also popularized a lot of game mechanics that we see in the present day or game types that we also see as well. One thing that Borderlands really nailed was the concept of the Looter-Shooter. This is a game type that has an RPG element where you obtain leveled weapons, in this case guns, to fend off enemies as they begin to level based on your level. Additionally, the game popularized the graphics known as shell-shaded colors. This gives it a more cartoony look instead of the traditional realistic graphics of most shooters of the time. This made Borderlands stand out from the competition and build a huge following to become a classic. This is also strictly a first person shooter (FPS) that can be played offline in single player, or be played co-op on a couch with a friend or online with randoms that help you along your journey on Pandora. Lastly, it had numerous spin offs, such as the games Borderlands 2, Borderlands 3, Borderlands The Pre-Sequal, and Tales from the Borderlands.
