Pleiads is the first game to be released by Tecmo (originally Tehkan, and later merged with Koei). For an early fixed-screen shooter it's not too bad. Is this really supposed to be "Pleiades"? This was also released in Tecmo Hit Parade for PS2, and Tecmo Classic Arcade for original Xbox.
Stage 1: Shoot down a few waves of aliens to guard Earth. They can transform into walkers that lay down walls to block your fire.
Stage 2: Go into space and attack some larger enemies that look like robot space birds.
Stage 3: Destroy the alien mothership. For this battle, your maximum fire rate is increased... so go all out.
Stage 4: Answer the SOS call from Earth, and as your return, prepare to taxi your ship back to base. Touch flags for bonus points. Don't crash into the parked ships on the ground. Easy, right? No. Your ship will drift a little. Keep focused here. Once you've made it, you're back to stage 1.
