Plunder in the Sunken Ship - Super Mario 64 Walkthrough

Swim near the eel in the sunken ship and then back up to the surface. When you go back down the eel will be swimming around allowing you to enter the ship. Inside the ship open the chests in the order of: bottom, left, right, middle. This drains out the water inside the ship. You can either wait until the water is all gone and hop up the side using the platforms or you can try to swim to the top directly. Either way on the highest platform is a ! block with the star inside.
