20The human race has laid what is left of earth behind them and heads out into space. We are now creating new worlds in our own solar system. You are a space explorer out to visit the different planets to buy resources cheaply and sell them expensively. You do this to earn as much money as possible to be able to buy your own way into the council. The council of Plutocracy is a place of power and they are the ones that control much of the trade that is going on in these new worlds. To get a seat there is a must if you want to be the one in control.
In this video, I will show you how to play the board game Plutocracy. I will show you the setup, and the rules and give you an overview of how the game is played.
