I'm pretty sure this is Mewtwo's Brawl Minus move set with some changes. One of those changes being that if you mash A twenty times while charging Mewtwo's neutral special, it'll do a giant blast that does a ton of damage. That being said, I try to do that too much and it ends up leaving me open for whatever the opponent does.
