Unlike Smash 4 and Ultimate, Ryu only has one special command input in Remix, where pressing A+B lets you use the Shakunetsu Hadoken (I checked the Remix Discord to make sure I wasn't missing any). I could've sworn his other special moves were more powerful when holding down the A button, but I guess that was all in my head.
