Bows in Siege of The Atlas will be more competitive in the story as well as early mapping but still maintain the same issues they have always had toward the end game. The buffs are great and will make getting a bow character started easier and much cheaper to where it starts to perform at what it does best but you certainly wont be killing to many end game bosses on league start with your self cast lightning arrow build.
