Biggest changes:

Mana Reservation Efficiency is going onto 'classic' jewels. This is a big buff if 3% or 4%, and a small buff at 2%.

Replica Conqueror's Efficiency is going legacy. Kinda hope GGG change their mind here, or introduce some alternate tools for mana on DOT-based attack builds.
