Early in the league people discovered how to duplicate the "item vendors for 3 additional divine orbs" Crucible mod by spending fractured fossils or split beasts. This mostly resulted in fossils and beasts getting more expensive.

Now the same tech is being applied to one of the rarest and definitely the best Crucible mod - "you have rampage while this item is equipped", which is a Crucible forge only mod and very rare.

Note the market on these items is INCREDIBLY volatile right now - between me recording this video and me uploading it the price changed from 8.9 divines to 15 divines and back again. Expect these to settle around 7-10 divines as more people get into the duplication market.

"Regarding the Crucible splitting method, this is an intended behaviour that is limited by the ability to access split beasts/fossils. As we have seen with similar discoveries in the past, the market of those items is quick to adjust so that the arbitrage opportunity is gone. We are currently not planning any changes to this but we'll keep an eye on it and reserve the right to change our mind. No one will be banned for doing this."

Short version of the duplication process:

- Source weapon with rampage (good luck) that is unsplit
- Allocate Rampage, requires a couple million Crucible XP
- Split it (beasts, fossils)
- Use each half of this as the donor (top) item for a tree-merge onto another item. Donor item needs a tree that's an optimal shape (there's two schools of thought on this) but the KEY thing is, no column 4 mods allocated at all.
- Each split input is then 60-80% (probably 70% but numbers are not known) to have the Rampage mod be preserved.
- You now average quite a bit more than 1 unsplit rampage weapon but while the odds are rigged in your favour, you aren't guaranteed to win. And you've spent fractured fossils or split beasts.
