In the major nerf fest that was the Ultimatum (poe 3.14) patch note toxic rain got an unclear Nerf. Many of you asked if my Toxic Rain Miner Saboteur would still be viable? How bad was the nerf?
Tried to do some modeling based on frame by frame footage to try and give some estimation of how bad it was likely to be.
