0A 1993 release from Sierra, Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers was one of the first games that gave me chills as a teenager. A dark, mysterious force is at work, and your family's past has a part to play!
One of the things that blew me away about Gabriel Knight when I was younger was the fact that two of my favorite actors (Tim Curry & Mark Hamill) provided voices in this game.
As an adult, coming back some 25+ years later, and having read a LOT more fantasy and fiction since then, there are so many nuances here that I didn't pick up on when I was a teenager, making this recent playthough even more enjoyable than I remembered the game being.
