Just using these settings, this file goes in the pbx100.... folder
Backspace is Test
Service menu in PBX
Arrows navigate
Enter is confirm.
Coin is 9 or 0,
Start is 1

For 4k reshade.ini set ForceWindowed=1
Use DgVoodo DirectX tap to change resolution
Then when you start the game Alt+Enter to go 4K Fullscreen.
