This video covers a part of Unit 1 (Straight Lines and Functions) of the present syllabus of Business Mathematics-I for the first semester of BBA and BBM courses, prescribed by Tribhuvan University. Equation of a straight line in point-slope form is discussed in this video. We primarily focus on following things:
i) on finding equation of a line when slope and a point on it are given;
ii) on finding equation of a line when two points on it are given.
The primary textbook being followed is Business Mathematics-I by Prof. Dr. Bhanu Chandra Bajracharya (Prof. Dr. B. C. Bajracharya). ALL OF THE related questions in Exercise 1.1 of this textbook are solved in this video.
