Drayden is a tough cookie, no doubt. If his Fraxure and Druddigon don't give you problems, then Haxorus definitely will (especially if you didn't take the time to level-grind up to Level 45 like I did). There are a few Ice-types and Dragon-types available to you now that you've reached this point in the game, so if you have one on your team, use it.
Just be thankful that Haxorus has Dragon Tail and not Dragon Claw, because it'd be a LOT harder to deal with if that was the case.
