= Fitlocke Rules =

3- At the start of every episode, we'll draw an exercise at random as that episode's fitness challenge.
4- As the Fitlocke progresses, the difficulty of the fitness challenges increases, as well as reps or duration.
5- While battling in a Gym, whether it's a Gym trainer or Gym Leader, the reps/duration of each fitness challenge is doubled.
