Alright so I was able to get this run by using multiple consoles.

This game works by making you wait one real life day after every in game day. In the 1 console run we would reset the GameCube, change the IGT ahead by 1 day, and go back into the game. We used GameCube because GameCube has the fastest IGT switching and we would have to do this 5 times throughout the run since there are 6 days.

With the 2 consoles method we are able to bypass this IGT switching. For this method I used 2 TVs, 2 Wii's, 2 Pokemon Channel discs, 2 GameCube Controllers, 2 Wiimotes, and 1 memory card. On the main TV I did everything that you would normally do for the run but I also had a second TV off to the side which I used to change the IGT on the wii that was currently not in use during the downtime in the run. This game forces you to watch parts of the pichu bros. anime every day so there is a lot of downtime to be able to do this. So now that the second Wii is all setup a day ahead of the current one, I switch the composite cable and memory card to it once I'm done saving for the day. This method allows me to save somewhere from a minute to a minute and 45 seconds. Roughly 15 seconds per day (not including day 1.)

Lastly we used 2 Wii's because the loading is fast.
