I remember there were Cipher Peons, and one had a Shadow Ledian, I remember this is where Net Balls come in handy. I remember that Cipher Admin Venus has a Shadow Suicune, if you can perform the Ball Glitch, you don't need a lot of Net Balls. For those who are wondering why I have a Swablu on my team, I am just going to purify it, and Altaria is not going to be my 6th member, I'll get a 6th member very later in the game, but I won't spoil it.
