After getting through the Agate Village Cave fighting against many Cipher Peons, I then find Eagun and his Pikachu battling Cipher Peon Skrub and his Shadow Hitmontop. You'll see if I catch his Hitmontop, but I know it's a good Fighting type to use. I remember this Relic Stone must be where you can Purify Shadow Pokémon, it takes a long time to lower the Gague, this must be why they added the Purification Chamber in Pokémon XD to make it easier, this was why I liked Purifying Pokémon in XD.
