Last time on DRAGON Z, the soul link trio pressed onward after their battles with Morty of the 4th gym. They had a few encounters along the way, and a fair bit of death. The trio arrived at Olivine City, but Neoknightshade knew this was but a temporary stop, they would pick up Hm04 for strength, and continue towards Cianwood City. Hamlik decided to poke at the 5th gym leader, but was too scared to commit, and instead opted to train. Drako Dragoon decided to follow Hamlik's lead, but Neoknightshade was feeling risky, and he would slam Chuck for the 5th gym badge. Afterwards, while The others were still training, Neo would knock out the Lighthouse back in Olivine City, so he may take on the 6th Gym Leader. Find out whether or not the others get their 5th Gym badge, and whether Neo can get his 6th... or more...TONIGHT!

Our Soul link rules

Rule 1: Pokémon feints in battle, it is dead (pc/release) [partner must do the same to the pokemon that shared it's encounter]

Rule 2: no items in battle (this excludes pokeballs)(we can use items when out on the field)
[note]- "held items such as; berries, quick claw, etc, do NOT count as items in battle, as the Pokémon, and not the trainer used the item.

Rule 3: We can only catch the first encounter of a new route (split routes and cave floors are a singular area, and are not counted separately)
-Gift Pokémon do not count as encounters, but can be used as party members (same nuzlock rules apply)
-Both players must obtain the encounter and opt to add it to their parties in order for it to be used.

Rule 4: No use of the Pokémon Breeder[if able] (I can use day care for exp, but no eggs)

Rule 5: All caught Pokémon must be nicknamed

Rule 6: Defeat Red (16 gym badges)

Rule 7: The battle option must be set to "set" and not "shift" this is so the main game functions like an actual fair fight.

Rule 8: Both trainers cannot have the same pokemon in their parties (starter excluded)

Rule 9: Both players must always have equal gym badges
