As far as baby Pokemon go, the Igglybuff I encountered is the cutest. It was a girl so I did not waste my time catching it(I knocked it out instead). Though not tough or smart, there is a definite appeal for having an Igglybuff. The main appeal for me is the Pokedex entry coupled with the evolved forms' entries and being able to raise a baby into a strong adult(I'd be a great parent).

I wonder if Igglybuff ever got shown in the anime. The entertainment value of the show has dropped considerably since I was 13, yet the interactions of non-battling Pokemon with human and fellow Pokemon characters still adds personality to the long-running hit TV series.
