This was one of, if not, the hardest battle in the earlier parts of this run, simply due to the fact that the Electric type is only weak to Ground. As if that wasn't enough, none of my team members had access to super effective coverage, which made things even more difficult.

Therefore, I was forced to give all of my team members a Cheri Berry, just in case the get crippled by paralysis from either Thunder Wave or from the ability Static, which was avaiable in both Electrike and Manectric in this battle.

Against the Voltorb lead, I decided to lead with Sableye to gain an extra turn with Fake Out, and surprisingly, it was able to outspeed the foe, which gave Sableye an easier time to finish it off.

Mightyena was there to basically 2HKO Electrike with STAB Bite, despite being this move Special for some dumb reason I don't understand.

Once Magneton was out, the strategy applied was this: first, since Focus Punch was a moves that requires the first turn to charge, I needed the foe to use Thunder Wave, which is a status move that simply paralyzes the opponent (otherwise, if it decided to go with either Supersonic or Shock Wave, which could make Sableye take damage either way, Focus Punch would miss almost every single time). However, thanks to the aforementioned Cheri Berry, paralysis was neutralized and Focus Punch was easily able to OHKO Magneton due to the foe's Electric/Steel typing.

Manectric, on the other hand, was a very tricky enemy to deal with. I decided to get Nuzleaf on the battlefield to get an extra turn with Fake Out, but that was just it, since Manectric was easily able to outspeed my entire team, even though they had perfect EVs spread.

With that in mind, the thing that I feared the most was the opponent boosting its Attack with Howl, which did it like three times in a row, resulting in almost depleting half of Nuzleaf's totall HP. However, once again, paralysis was cured thanks to Cheri Berry, which gave me time to boost Nuzleaf's Special Attack enough times, just to make sure to finish Manectric off as fast as possible.

Though it was a pretty challenging fight, I was very satisfied with the results nonetheless.
