We have progressed past the need for cheat codes that most likely won't work or crash your emulator, we don't need to google for hours. PK hex is your lifesaver in this new decade. (it literally saved me)

With this application you can edit events and items

(PC - not sure what's on phone emulators since I never play phone games)

Export a .sav battery file and open PKHeX and load your battery file. Go to the SAV tab and select Items. Go to the Key Items and look for empty slots and then click on none and select your desired items, in this case Aurora Ticket and Mystic Ticket. Then get out of the Items section and go to Event Flags and then scroll down to "received aurora/birth ticket from mystery gift" and check the boxes, export the .sav file, load the file on your emulator, let it restard and then go to any of the ports be it on Vermillion city or any of the Sevii Islands and the tickets will be shown and you do the catching!
