New Raid Battle Feature

New Items
New Gym Gameplay Experience -
- Photodiscs At Gyms - Spin for items, just like Pokestops.
- Gyms are no longer based on prestige and training.
- Gyms now feature 6 permanent slots that can be fulfilled by the current team holder.
- Each Pokemon must be unique. So you can't have more than 1 Dragonite for example.
- When attacking a gym, you no longer face the lowest CP Pokemon first.
- You attack whichever Pokemon was placed first.
- There's now a motivation stat for Pokemon.
- When a Pokemon is assigned to a gym, the Pokemon is given 100% motivation.
- Motivation will decrease over time.
- The lower motivation, the lower the CP of that Pokemon will be.
- Once the Pokemon has lost of it's Motivation.
- The Pokemon returns to the trainer.
- To keep a Pokemon motivated, you can treat them to some berries which increases the Pokemon's Motivation.
Gym Badges -
- There will now be Gym Badges which you can rank up.
- You earn badges, by interacting with Gyms.
- When ranking up your badge, the higher it is, the increased rewards from gyms.
New Raid Feature -
- Very soon, you'll be able to participate in the new raid battle feature at gyms.
- A raid battle is where you work together to take down a very powerful CP Pokemon.
- This Pokemon, is known as the raid boss.
- Before a raid battle, all Pokemon will be assigned back to the trainer.
- A large egg will appear at the gym.
- The egg has a countdown and once it reaches 0.
- The raid boss will be revealed.
- But, before you can battle the raid boss.
- You'll need a Raid Pass.
- You get one free Raid Pass per day, when visiting a gym.
- However, they don't stack, so you can only have 1.
- When you have your pass, you and upto 20 trainers can work together to defeat the raid boss.
- You don't have to be on the same team.
- If you defeat the raid boss within 5 minutes.
- You'll have the chance to capture an extra Powerful Pokemon of your own.
- HOW AWESOME IS THIS!?
New Items -
- When you defeat the Raid Boss, you'll receive a some new items which can only be obtained from defeating the Raid Boss.
- Such as, Rare Candies, Golden Razz Berries and Two Types of Technical Machines. Fast and Charged.
- Rare Candy: When used on a Pokemon, it turns that Pokemon into that Pokemon's Candy
- Golden Razz Berries: When used on a Pokemon, will increase your chances of capturing that Pokemon and can be used to fully recover the Pokemon's motivation meter.
- Technical Machines: Can be used to teach a Pokemon a new fast or charged attack.
