Took a little messing around for the last two days before I clicked as to why this was not working for me. Try not to jump to far away from where you are, the game will likely pick it up and slow down the joystick speed for best use. Works on multiple phones and if your viewing this now I'm finding a proper guide for developer options so you can change your mock settings. Not sure why it jumped me to where I was, haven't seen it do that before but if it keeps happening I'll find a fix and get it posted. Please enjoy, like/comment/subscribe.
