Pokemon Gold Version - GBC playthrough part 48 (recorded 2023-09-01)
4This take was played on a RetroArch emulator with a PS5 controller.
I have a copy of the game for Game Boy Color but got a new gaming PC and wanted to test how well everything plays on it for convenience.
This is just a full playthrough with the game's audio only and no commentary.
My goal in this playthrough is to catch an unused copy of every Pokemon possible in the wild to back up in PkHex.
During this part I continued from the Goldenrod City Pokemon Center with my Pokedex at 186 and used evolutionary stones to evolve all of the Pokemon I could. Then I traveled around to evolve a Bellsprout into Weepinbell and catch Raikou, Entei and Suicune. I saved at the Celadon City Pokemon Center with my Pokedex at 203.
