Status of my team so far: Bellsprout Lv19, Pidgeotto Lv19, Quilava
Lv19, Wooper Lv19, Flaaffy Lv19, Raticate Lv20We head to Goldenrod City
and after doing some preparing, we encounter Whitney who is skilled
with Normal-type Pokemon. I'm surprised because I never thought there
would be a Gym Leader who specializes on the Normal-type but hey any
type has the potential to do anything.She has two Pokemon in her party:
Clefairy Lv17 who has Cute Charm which I've explained in my Soul Silver
version of this and a Miltank Lv19 who in my opinion is a pain in the
utter! Okay, bad joke but anyway, Miltank can be quite tough if you
aren't prepared. For me this time around, I relied on a much more
interesting tactic. You'll see for yourself.After beating Whitney, she
starts crying like a baby but fortunately one of the Gym Trainers
explain why. Once the bawling is over, you get the Plain Badge as well
as TM45 which teaches Attract, a move that causes infatuation to the
opponent's Pokemon but it depends on the gender though.Three down, five
