34Status of my team so far: Cyndaquil Lv8I know I should be doing more
Pokemon Soul Silver but don't worry, I need to train heavily for the
upcoming battles which are the Gym Leader rematches, Elite Four
rematches and of course, Red. But for the time being, I'm going to
cover Heart Gold with a different team because in this case, the team
will be a bit similar but remember, I rely on variety to tackle any
situation.This is the firsr Rival battle in which your rival will have
a Pokemon depending on the starter you choose and it'll be at Level 5.
If you trained well, he'll be no problem but if not expect a fight.
After that, he'll stay stuff and run off. In Soul Silver, I named my
Rival Adam but in Heart Gold, he's named Ryan. Expect the first gym
