Soul Link, Birdlocke/Ratlocke rules:
Pokémon Ratlocke/Birdlocke soul link rules:
1. You have to nickname all Pokémon according to the naming scheme which will be food.
2. This is a soul link, so all Pokémon caught must have the same nickname between partners.
3. Encounters for players on each route are linked. If one player fails to catch their encounter for a route, the other player must box or release their encounter for that route as well. If both players successfully catch their first encounter for the route, those two Pokémon are “linked” as partners.
4. If a pokemon dies, it is considered dead and has to be placed in the death box along with the linked mon.
5. If one trainer wipes in a battle, they both must restart the run.
6. All pokemon must be fused with either Rattata or Pidgey to be usable, the exceptions being ratata and pidgey (along with their evolutions) who can be used solo.
7. Same primary typings allowed, but NOT ENFORCED! WILL TRY TO NOT REPEAT SAME PRIMARY TYPE PAIRS.
8. Not allowed to unfuse pokemon.
9. Dups clause, if one person catches a pokemon, then the other person cannot use that same pokemon and thus they must reencounter.
10. If a Pokémon is placed in the PC, its partner on the other player’s team must be placed in the PC as well.
11. If a linked pokemon dies in battle, the other trainer can use the linked pokemon as normal for the duration of a battle if they are currently in one, when the linked Pokémon dies.
12. Game will be on Set mode.
13. All Ratta's and Pidgey do not count as encounters as they are needed for fusion.
14. Shiny clause: If a shiny is encountered it can be caught, BUT CANT BE USED!
15. No level caps!
