0RULES:
1. If a pokemon faints, it is dead and cannot be used again (nuzlocke setting in game is checked)
2. ONLY first pokemon encountered per route/loaction can be caught.
- duplicate pokemon/evolution lines can be ignored
- gift pokemon and trades do not count towards this.
3. NO items in battle except held items.
4. Level cap is of the next gyms/E4 ace
- If a pokemon overlevels before the gym leader it cannot be used untill the gym leader is beaten.
5. SET battle mode.
6. HARD difficulty in gmaes settings.
7. All pokemon MUST be nicknamed.
8. White out = the run ends.
