Pokemon Legends Z-A - Scraggy Location Guide
27Location: Bleu District, Jaune District, Magenta District, Rouge District, Vert District (Alleys), The Sewers
Time of Day: Night
Notes: Like many of these "various districts" Pokemon, Scraggy should be findable in all of them. However, an easy spot is at Rouge Sector 3 during the night. If you go from Quasartico Inc/Restaurant Le Yeah, head into the alley that makes up Rouge Sector 3 and Scraggy will be hanging out among the boxes. Scrafty can also rarely spawn alongside them.
Scraggy is also findable in the Sewers, but the Rouge Sector 3 location is both easy and accessible fairly early on!
