As we continue on through Victory Road, this place is home to Moltres, the Legendary Bird of Fire. This will prove to be a challenge as we go through the last few Trainers in Victory Road and head to Indigo Plateau and get ready for the Pokémon League.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

There are some special spawns for each floor of Victory Road, the first floor has Chansey, the 2nd floor has Hitmonlee, and the 3rd floor has Hitmonchan, so you can find Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan in the wild.
Now for the battle with Moltres, unlike the other three, Moltres is easy if you have a good Rock-type, or anything that knows Rock Slide, but Moltres can deal a lot of damage with Flamethrower and Air Slash. Catching it will be tough, because like the other Legendary Birds, when Moltres is surrounded in flames, it will make berries useless, and it is flying around, making this a tough catch.
As for Moltres, it's unfortunately overshadowed by the other two birds, but it does have good Special Attack and comes with Flamethrower and Air Slash, but it has the same problems as Mega Charizard Y in which Solar Beam is its other option and has to put up with the charge time. Moltres can also use Roost, U-turn and Will-O-Wisp for other options, and I wouldn't say it's bad, unless you don't have a full team yet, consider Moltres if you don't mind using Legendary Pokémon.
There are some TMs, like Blizzard, which due to the lack of weather, Ice Beam is more preferred for Accuracy. There is a Coach Trainer who gives the TM for Outrage, a powerful Dragon-type move to consider on Mega Charizard X, but some other Pokémon, like Gyarados, Tauros, Venusaur and a few others can learn that move.
In the Pokémon League, there is a trade where you can get an Alolan Exeggutor for a Kantonian Exeggutor. Even though I have had Alolan Exeggutor since the GO Park, here is where you can get one without the GO Park. It is a Grass/Dragon-type that learns moves you wouldn't expect it to learn, like Flamethrower, Brick Break, Dragon Pulse and a few others, if for some reason you don't have a final team member and have some Rare Candies to spare, Alolan Exeggutor can make a good final team member.
At long last, we finally have access to the Move Reminder, where you can relearn moves using Heart Scales, as well as moves that Pokémon can learn at later levels, there are some moves a Pokémon can learn at Level 1, I will make a list of moves that are worth considering for each Pokémon.
Venusaur: Power Whip
Charizard: Crunch, Air Slash, Flare Blitz
Blastoise: Fake Out, Aqua Jet
Pidgeot: Heat Wave
Fearow: Drill Run
Arbok: Sucker Punch
Raichu & Alolan Raichu: Fake Out
Alolan Sandslash: Ice Shard
Ninetales & Alolan Ninetales: Nasty Plot
Persian & Alolan Persian: Hypnosis
Victreebel: Leech Life, Swords Dance, Sucker Punch
Tentacruel: Mirror Coat
Rapidash: Hypnosis, Megahorn, Flare Blitz
Muk & Alolan Muk: Moonblast
Kingler: Agility
Exeggutor & Alolan Exeggutor: Power Whip
Rhydon: Crunch
Vaporeon: Hydro Pump, Acid Armor
Flareon: Flare Blitz
Omastar: Shell Smash
Kabutops: Leech Life, Swords Dance
Snorlax: Crunch
Articuno: Ice Shard
Dragonite: Aqua Jet
Mew: Nasty Plot
Melmetal: Double Iron Bash

The reason why I left out some species, like Farfetch'd, Seaking or Golbat is that those are Pokémon you are very unlikely to use and are outclassed by much better Pokémon.
