In this video, I take on the Master Trainers of my team members, I have changed around my Pokémon's moves and boosted their AVs at a good enough level. These Trainers can be tough, and I have to use the same species as the Pokémon the Master Trainers use.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

I have taught some of my Pokémon the moves Toxic and Substitute, as those moves will be your best shot since the Master Trainers have boosted AVs, and some of them have great bulk, so using Toxic and Protect to stall out the opponent is one way to win the fight.
Here is the info on each Master Trainer, I used Serebii.net for the info.
Arcanine Trainer - Ace Trainer Satch
Arcanine - Level 75
Nature: Lax
AVs: 150 HP, 150 Attack, 150 Special Attack, 50 Speed
Stats: 393 HP, 343 Attack, 162 Defense, 328 Special Attack, 112 Special Defense, 220 Speed
Moves: Facade, Hyper Beam, Double-Edge, Reflect
Location: Celadon City

I taught Substitute and Toxic to my Arcanine, as Substitute can help in taking the blows from Hyper Beam, and on turns the opposing Arcanine cannot attack, I can use Crunch with my own Arcanine to whittle down the opposing Arcanine's HP.

Snorlax Trainer - Ace Trainer Jay
Snorlax - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 200 HP, 80 Attack, 200 Defense, 50 Special Defense
Stats: 548 HP, 273 Attack, 337 Defense, 91 Special Attack, 243 Special Defense, 73 Speed
Moves: Reflect, Facade, Rest
Location: Route 16

For the Snorlax Master Trainer, I taught Screech to my Snorlax through the Move Reminder, as Snorlax is very bulky, and I gave it Brick Break to shatter the Reflect. When the opposing Snorlax uses Rest, I can use Screech to lower its Defense to the minimum so that Brick Break will deal more damage.

Exeggutor Trainer - Lass Cindy
Exeggutor - Level 75
Nature: Modest
AVs: 200 HP, 150 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 450 HP, 132 Attack, 155 Defense, 386 Special Attack, 240 Special Defense, 110 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Solar Beam, Hyper Beam
Location: Cinnabar Island

The one advantage is that my Exeggutor is in its Alola Form, and that some Alola Forms can give you an advantage against the Master Trainers. The opposing Exeggutor has Hypnosis, so I taught mine Substitute and Protect, and my Alolan Exeggutor has enough Speed AVs to outspeed the opposing Exeggutor, and Substitute also helps when it uses Hyper Beam. I gave my Exeggutor the moves Flamethrower and Sludge Bomb, that's one advantage in using an Alola Form, because the Kantonian Exeggutor does not learn Flamethrower.

Scyther Trainer - Bug Catcher Louie
Scyther - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 100 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 313 HP, 393 Attack, 348 Defense, 78 Special Attack, 125 Special Defense, 203 Speed
Moves: Swords Dance, Slash, Roost
Location: Route 15

For the Scyther Master Trainer, I gave my Scyther the moves Protect, Toxic and Substitute, as not only does the opposing Scyther have 200 Defense AVs, but it also has Roost, so this would be a tricky fight, but thankfully the opposing Scyther does not have any Speed AVs. My strategy is to start with Toxic, then use Substitute and Protect to stall out the opposing Scyther, and use Wing Attack while I have a Substitute active to deal some damage.

Kabutops Trainer - Hiker Kenji
Kabutops - Level 75
Nature: Gentle
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Special Defense, 120 Speed
Stats: 398 HP, 200 Attack, 145 Defense, 102 Special Attack, 346 Special Defense, 268 Speed
Moves: Mega Drain, Brick Break, Feint
Location: Pewter City

The Kabutops Master Trainer was the hardest one out of the five I battled in this video, because my Kabutops did not have enough Speed AVs to outspeed the opposing Kabutops, but I had to depend on luck in order to win this battle, so I did some adjustments to moves, like Toxic and Protect, and even using Superpower to see if that helped.
Sometimes it depends on luck to defeat a Master Trainer, like getting critical hits or hope that you survive an attack from an opponent. I didn't want to do the Chansey Master Trainer, which is the easiest, even with a Level 50 Chansey, but I was almost close to doing it in this video.
